Configuring Bot Shortcut Keys

Shortcut keys streamline user interactions by allowing them to quickly input predefined messages. When a user selects a shortcut key, the associated label is automatically inserted into the conversation as a message sent by the user. These shortcut keys are conveniently displayed in the chat interface above the plus () icon.

To set up shortcut keys for your bot, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the bot Details page and click on the "Dialogue management" section.
2. In the ContextMenuText field, enter the labels for the shortcut keys, separated by semicolons and without any spaces.



3. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

Once configured, users can easily access and utilize these shortcut keys to enhance their messaging experience.
